§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Mr. Harcourt)I cannot at present supplement the announcement that has been given to the Press. The nature of the inquiry to be instituted is now under the consideration of His Majesty's Government, who are in communication with the Governor on the subject.
