§ Sir GODFREY BARINGTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer a question, of which I have given private notice, namely: Whether he will arrange, in conjunction with the Postmaster-General and the military authorities, for facilities to be given through the Field Post Offices, to the troops serving abroad for the purchase of the smaller bonds and vouchers of the new War Loan?
§ Mr. McKENNAFacilities for subscribing to the War Loan will be afforded to the troops serving abroad as far as possible. Detailed arrangements are now under consideration.
