§ Mr. BONAR LAWI presume that my hon. Friend is referring to reports that have appeared in the Press. I have not yet heard anything from the Governor on the subject.
§ Mr. STEWARTCan the right hon. Gentleman say whether this could be done by the local legislative authority only?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI have no information on the subject, as I say, but I do not think that any legislation of the kind has been carried out.
