Letters and parcels for British prisoners in Turkey should bear a clear indication of the name, rank or rating, and place of internment of the prisoner, if known, and addressed to him at the Central Post 1446 Office, Constantinople, care of the General Post Office, London. The Swiss postal administration has agreed to act as intermediary in the transmission of the correspondence.
