§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Lord Robert Cecil)I regret very much that so far we have not received any information on this subject. The United States Ambassador has been requested to ask the United States Ambassador at Berlin to endeavour to obtain information about Mr. Fuller, and if any information be obtained, I will not fail to communicate it to the hon. Member without delay.
