§ 55. Sir HENRY CRAIKasked the Prime Minister whether he is now prepared to proceed with the work of national registration which must be preliminary to any organisation of national resources, seeing that the saving of time by prompt action in regard to this would be of essential importance, whatever further steps may hereafter be taken?
