§ Dr. ADDISONNo document giving particulars of fifty factories fully equipped to make munitions has been sent to me. I received on Friday, 18th June, from Mr. Blumenfeld, of the "Daily Express," a letter enclosing the names and addresses of firms requiring work. No other particulars of their capacity or equipment were given. The letter was acknowledged on 19th June. All other offers of factories which I have received have been acknowledged.
