§ "That a sum, not exceeding £357,990, be granted to His Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 892 1916, for the Expenses of the Prisons in England, Wales, and the Colonies, including a Grant in aid of certain Expenses connected with Discharged Prisoners."
