§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEAs regards the United States, the Government agents are Messrs. J. P. Morgan and Company. As regards Canada, orders for the manufacture of certain classes of munitions are placed through the Shell Committee, an organisation of Canadian manufacturers set up for the purpose by the Dominion Government. As regards other sources of supply, these will be dealt with as occasion arises at the discretion of the Minister of Munitions, who will have full powers in regard to all the matters mentioned in the question.
