§ Mr. TENNANTWhen the Bill constituting the Ministry of Munitions has become law an Order in Council will be made under it transferring certain branches of work of the kind referred to in the question to the new Ministry as from dates mentioned in the Order or agreed upon between the Departments concerned. I am not in a position at present to name any specific date.
