§ Mr. TENNANTIt is intended to remodel the officers' quarters and to provide infirmary stables at the Combermere barracks, Windsor, at an estimated cost of £10,000. The work has been deferred for some time, but owing to the very defective state of the existing buildings, the alterations ought not to be long delayed.
