Mr. PIKE PEASEMy right hon. Friend has received no report at all, nor has he any means of ascertaining from whom he should seek a report. He said on the 21st instant that he would make inquiry if the hon. Member would give him any information, and he asked for the cover of the letter or a description of it. As the hon. Member has not complied with this request matters remain as they were.
