§ Mr. T. P. O'CONNORI wish to ask the right hon. Gentleman the Under-Secretary for War whether, in the casualty lists of the battalions of the Liverpool Regiment, the nationality of the Irish battalions has not been mentioned, and whether he will see that this, no doubt unconscious, slight of Irish soldiers in this regiment will be removed?
§ Mr. TENNANTI hope that the suggestion of my hon. Friend will be carried out, and that in the casualty lists the battalion known as the Liverpool Irish, which I understand the hon. Gentleman has particularly in mind, will always be mentioned.
