§ 48. Mr. CAVEasked the Prime Minister whether he is now in a position to state the course which the Government will take with reference to the Welsh Church (Postponement) Bill; and whether it may be assumed that, unless that Bill becomes law before this part of the Session terminates, an Order in Council will be made postponing the date of Disestablishment from the 18th September to the end of the War?
