§ Mr. TENNANTThe limits of the "harvest season" for the purpose of special furlough are from 15th July to 15th October. The troops eligible to receive such furlough are soldiers of the Regular and Territorial Forces, except those who are armed or being trained with arms or in training for draft purposes.
