§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MUNITIONS DEPARTMENT (Dr. Addison)Rules have been prepared under Section 8 (1) of the Munitions of War Act for regulating the issue and use of badges to persons engaged upon war work, and it is hoped that the consideration of them will be completed within a few days.
