§ 11. Mr. STEWARTasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Court of Inquiry into the recent mutiny at Singapore has delivered its finding; whether it exercised jurisdiction over both military and Colonial Office officials; and whether the evidence and the finding of the Court in regard to this episode will be laid as a Parliamentary Paper upon the Table of the House?
§ Mr. TENNANTI have been asked by my right hon. Friend to answer this question. The report of the Court of Inquiry has not yet been received in the War Office. I can, of course, make no statement regarding its publication until it has been examined.
