§ Mr. C. E. PRICEI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade a question, of which I have given private notice, namely: Is it to be a condition of the aircraft insurance scheme that any person desiring protection under it must effect the insurance through the company which already holds the fire insurance; if so, is this not interfering with the right of the individual insurer to select the channel through which his business shall be placed?
