§ Dr. MACNAMARANo, Sir. The matter is still under consideration, the present position being that the Admiralty, in conjunction with the War Office, are drawing up a scheme of pensions for the widows and children of officers which it is hoped to transmit for the consideration of the Select Committee at an early date. In the case of the "Bulwark" the pensions are meanwhile being paid under Scale B.
