§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. Pease)Russian is included among the languages in which it is intended to provide instruction at the school of Oriental studies, but the question whether it should be included in the curriculum from the first will be within the discretion of the governing body, which has not yet been appointed. It is hoped that the school will open in January, 1916.
