§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Mr. Tennant)Opportunity will be given to the regiments referred to, to volunteer for the Welsh Guards, but as the required numbers to complete the battalion are rapidly being found from Welshmen in Reserves of the Brigade of Guards, the number required will be strictly limited and confined to battalions serving at home.
