§ 9. "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £2,000, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1915, for the Subsidies to certain Telegraph Companies and a Grant in Aid of the Annual Expenses of the Pacific Cable."
§ 10. "That a sum, not exceeding £10,759, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1915, for making good the Net Loss on Transactions connected with 1355 the raising of Money for the various Treasury Chests Abroad in the year 1913–14."
