Resolutions reported from the Select Committee;

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the River Glen Improvement, Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the London Electric Supply Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the following Petitions:—
    1. '(a) Bethnal Green Borough Council;
    2. (b) Epsom Rural District Council;
    3. (c) Essex County Council;
    4. (d) South Metropolitan Electric Light and Power Company;
    5. (e) Stepney Borough Council;
    6. (f) Surrey County Council,'
    the Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
