HC Deb 17 February 1915 vol 69 c1128
61. Mr. W. THORNE

asked the Prime Minister the number of resolutions he has received from the various parts of the country supporting the Resolution on the Orders of the Day Paper in the name of the hon. Member for North-East Manchester?

The PRIME MINISTER

The total number of resolutions I have received on the subject of the increase of food prices is approximately 1,200, but to discriminate between those which support the Resolution referred to in the question and those which support the Resolution in the name of the right hon. Member for East Hull would be a matter of considerable difficulty.
