Friend the Under-Secretary of State for War on the 8th instant, the figures can only be regarded as approximate, and in the case of recruits and Reservists include only those who have joined or rejoined from Ireland.

§ Mr. RUSSELLI am not aware of anything of the kind. I only know that the Chief Secretary gave figures to the hon. and learned Member for Waterford, and that he is ready to give them to the hon. Member.
