§ Mr. BUTCHERCan the right hon. Gentleman say why it has not been extended to Ireland before?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI have nothing to do with the proceedings of the Committee. The Committee consists of the Chief Whips of the various parties in the House, and I am sure we can rely upon them to do what is right.
