HC Deb 11 February 1915 vol 69 c698
2. Mr. JOWETT

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he proposes to lay before Parliament the autograph letter from the President of France, referred to in Document 110, of Miscellaneous, No. 15, 1914; and whether this autograph letter was communicated to the Cabinet by His Majesty the King on 3rd August?

Sir E. GREY

I cannot say, without time to ascertain the wishes of the King and the President and to consult the Prime Minister, whether the letter can be laid before Parliament. I think it was communicated to the Cabinet, but in the great press of work which exists I have not had time to refer to my colleagues on this point to confirm my impression.
