Mr. DUNCAN MILLARasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will issue a White Paper setting forth the scale of pensions, separation, and other allowances fixed by the Governments of the Dominion of Canada, the Commonwealth of Australia, New Zenland, South Africa, and other Colonial Dependencies in the case of men serving with the Colonial contingents?
Mr. HARCOURTYes, Sir. I hope in the course of a few days to lay Papers giving this information with regard to the oversea contingents, so far as scales have been approved by or definitely submitted to the different Legislatures.
§ Colonel YATEWill the right hon. Gentleman append to it the scale given by foreign belligerents?
Mr. HARCOURTI do not know that I am specially in a position to give that, but there might be some of my colleagues who would be able to do so.
