§ Lord ROBERT CECILWould it not be possible to postpone this ballot until the House has decided this point?
§ Mr. SPEAKERIf the ballot is not taken it is open to any hon. Member to hand in any notice at the Table for any Tuesday night, but I think it will be best to take the ballot.
