§ The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Asquith)To-morrow I shall move a Resolution taking the whole time of the House for Government business in the meantime and providing that the House shall not sit on Fridays. The terms of the Motion will be put on the Paper to-night. On Thursday we shall proceed with the Civil Service Supplementary Estimates. These will be circulated with the Papers to-morrow morning.
