HC Deb 23 December 1915 vol 77 cc601-2
19. Mr. H. EDWARDS

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the fact that several of the collieries in South Wales are partially closed down on account of slackness of tonnage, he will take immediate steps to remedy a grievance which is affecting the interests of hundreds of Welsh colliers?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. Pretyman)

I am afraid I cannot add anything to the replies given to the hon. Member for West Monmouthshire on the 20th and 22nd December.
