§ Dr. ADDISONMy hon. Friend will find the information he desires, so far as it is not contained in Sections 4 and 5 of the Munitions of War Act, in the Rules made under the Act dealing with limitation of profits, of which I am sending him a copy. He will see that the Rules provide for proper allowances for expenditure on new plant and buildings installed for the manufacture of munitions and for due consideration being given to such matters as loss of future trade.
