Mr. BAKERA remount camp is being constructed near Romsey. No time was fixed for its completion, but it is now nearly ready. The camp is being constructed by War Department agents who are paid 4 per cent. on the outlay. A complaint of the nature referred to in the latter part of the hon. Member's question has been received and has been sent to the command for investigation and report.
