Mr. TYSON WILSONasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office if he is aware that the workmen employed in the Army Ordnance Department at Haul-bowline have not yet received the increase of pay promised them, while the workmen in the Naval Department there have received the increase since October last; and whether he will take steps to place the men in the Ordnance Department on the same level, so far as the increase in wages is concerned, as the men in the Naval Department?
