ROBERTSThe Secretary of State's latest information is that on 1st May last work had been commenced on a programme of road improvements and extensions in the Dooars for which it was intended to allot a sum of Rs. 20 lakhs during the next four years, though completion within that period could not be guaranteed. I shall be glad to show the hon. Member such Papers as we have on the subject.
