§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGESir Francis Hopwood was appointed Additional Civil Lord of the Admiralty in 1911, Sir George Askwith Chief Industrial Commissioner in 1911, Sir George Gibb, Chairman of the Road Board in 1910. They all retain these appointments; but the services of Sir George Gibb have been lent to the War Office as Adviser on Contracts for the period of the War.
