KINLOCH-COOKEasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether the Government proposes to grant a small bonus for the period of the War to dockyard pensioners whose pensions range from 10s. to £1 a week, so as to enable them to meet the increased cost of food; and whether he is aware that in many cases the mail's pension is all he has to live upon, and that in not a few cases other persons are dependent upon him?
