§ Mr. WILLIAM O'BRIENI beg to ask the Prime Minister a question of which I have given him private notice, namely: Whether in view of the serious state of things that has arisen in Ireland the Government are taking any practical steps to bring about a better understanding among Irishmen of differing parties and sections?
