Dr. CHAPPLEasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the suspension of the Parliament Act Bills for at least one year, he will set up a Committee consisting of Members of all parties in both Houses to inquire into the working of federal systems in other countries with a view to the preparation of a comprehensive measure applicable to the United Kingdom that would supplement the Government of Ireland Bill?
