Mr. FLAVINasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he will impress on the Estates Commissioners the necessity of giving a free grant to Thomas Hannan, of Blackilla, Lixnaw, an evicted tenant on the Ramsden estate, who was evicted in 1887 and reinstated in 1896; and whether, owing to the treatment meted out to Hannan in the past, the Estates Commissioners will favourably consider his application now for a free grant?
