§ The PRIME MINISTERA Special Committee has been formed to inquire into and regulate all matters connected with the billeting of troops in the United Kingdom. As regards the housing of the troops during the coming autumn and winter, a large number of hutments are already in course of construction, and all training centres will eventually be provided with huts.
