Mr. COTTONasked whether the Central Board recommended to be set up for the control of Army canteens will include civilian as well as military members; if so, whether the civilians will be drawn from the War Office or from outside; whether there will be any Irish representatives on the Central Board; and when the Board is likely to be set up?
Mr. BAKERI cannot at present make any statement as to the constitution of the Central Board. My Noble Friend has the matter under consideration.
