§ Mr. TENNANTThe National Reserve Regulations apply equally to all National Reservists throughout Great Britain, whether in the City or County of London or the counties of Berkshire and Essex. The majority of National Reservists who undertook the Class I. or II. obligation have already been enlisted into the 1123 Regular Army or Territorial Force, and steps are being taken to make use, as opportunities offer, of all those remaining men who have not joined any portion of His Majesty's Forces.
