§ In lieu of the duty of Customs payable on tea imported into Great Britain and 956 Ireland there shall, as from the eighteenth day of November, nineteen hundred and fourteen, until the first day of July, nineteen hundred and fifteen, be charged, levied, and paid the following duty (that is to say):—
