§ 32. Mr. PATRICK O'BRIENasked the Postmaster-General whether he can explain the cause of the delay in delivering the Irish Mail to Members of the House during the present Session?
§ Captain NORTONI understand the hon. Member's question has reference to the Irish Mail usually delivered about 6.10 p.m. There has been some delay in the delivery of this mail, owing to a restriction of mail van services necessitated by the War; but arrangements are being made which, I hope, will prevent any further inconvenience.
