§ Sir S. BUCKMASTERThe answer to the first part of the question is undoubtedly in the affirmative. After full inquiry I have no reason to doubt that the information referred to was given through inadvertence, and it would not be fair in these circumstances to publish the names of the papers. Beyond pointing out the serious mischief caused by such articles no action was taken.
