§ Mr. TENNANTMy right hon. Friend the Prime Minister gave such information on this matter as is considered desirable and as is possible in his speech on Monday evening. The matter has been carefully considered, and I trust the hon. Members will not press for the further details asked for, many of which could not be given without throwing a heavy additional burden of clerical work on the War Office and on the recruiting authorities all over the country.
