§ The PRIME MINISTERTo-day, after the discussion on the Motion which stands in my name (Pensions, etc.), we shall take the Second Reading of the Small Rills upon the Paper 1, 2, and 4, Land Drainage Bill, Land Drainage [Expenses] Committee, and House of Commons (Commissions in His Majesty's Forces) Bill.
To-morrow we shall take the general discussion on the Budget and the remaining Ways and Means Resolutions.
Upon Friday the Reports of Supply and Ways and Means Resolutions, and the Committee stage of Bills on the Paper.
Upon Monday we shall take the Second Reading of the Consolidated Fund Bill and of the Finance Bill.
§ Mr. JOYNSON-HICKSMay I ask if it is proposed to take the Second Reading and Committee stage of Trading with the Enemy Act (1914) Amendment Bill?
