HALL (Dulwich)asked the Under-Secretary for War if, in view of the statement in General French's Report of 7th September that he was placed in a difficulty owing to the absence of his 3rd Army Corps, he will state the reason for not dispatching this corps with the First Expeditionary Force; and whether any of the British troops now taking part in the War have been raised since the beginning of August?
