§ Mr. HOBHOUSEThe work in connection with the proposed exchange at Carrickmacross will be completed by the end of June if no unforeseen difficulty arises. I am not yet in a position to say whether the extension of the telephone system to Castleblayney and Ballybay is justified, but the financial aspect of the case is under consideration.
